California Care Force (CCF) coordinates our Medical, Dental, and Vision services for Stand Down. Anyone (attendee, volunteer, or staff) who interacts with a CCF service must abide by their COVID protection process as outlined below in order to be seen during the event.
The flow that CCF uses at their clinics for patient and volunteer sign-in is:
- PPE first – mask up with N95 (everyone)
- COVID screening form completed and reviewed by a nurse,
- plus a temperature check,
- plus verification of full vaccination series, including booster, or verification review of negative COVID test result within 24 hours.
If no symptoms, but no vaccination or negative test result, then sent for testing on site. Once negative test, then given entry into event.
This process applies to patients and all volunteers. Everyone must wear their N95 mask while in the event.
